Job Description

An exciting opportunity to joinaCommercial Building Contractor. This commercial division specialises in supplying replacement UPVC Windows, doors and wall insulation (EWI) into social housing and public sector clients. TheKey Accounts Executiverole reporting to the Head of Business Development, plays an integral part of developing relationships with existing client portfolio ensuring we are meeting product and service requirements.Anew challenging and varied role focussing on dealing with client resolutions together with securing ongoing work and to include support to the Bid Team writing client tenders responses.The role includes:

  • Develop relationships with existing portfolio of clients
  • Deep dive to gain thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Resolve issues faced by customers to a satisfactory level for both parties
  • Prepare presentations for client visits
  • Supporting Bid Team by writing responses to tender questionsgenerating continuous improvement with future bid submissions
  • Management of CRM including daily updates and accuracy
Experience required for this role:
  • Business development or key account management experience within a contract environment.
  • Experience within a public sectorhousing authority sector is strongly desirable
  • Great customer skills and team player
  • CRM managementMicrosoft Visio
  • The ability to impact and influence at a senior level
