Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive with a generalist background to support the running of our clients marketing, digital content and events. This is a varied role where you will need to use your knowledge and technical skillsetto promote our all our clients media channels from website to digital media platforms to newsletters. You need to be someone flexible with a non-silo mentality and willing to embrace new marketing models.Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • To create content and upload social media content using scheduling software to promote the brand
  • To monitor social media platforms and interact with followers
  • Perform ongoing proactive outreach campaigns
  • To draft weekly newsletters using MailChimp
  • Provide support for campaigns to demonstrate mission and values
  • Make regular ongoing edits to the website via WordPress
  • To monitor insights and analytics and report monthly on engagement
  • Provide event support both through marketing delivery and in-person
Experience needed:
  • Proficient in content creation and management across all social media platforms
  • Skilled in crafting engaging stories and producing compelling short-form video content.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and the full Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Positive and proactive ’can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible organisation
Salary on the role is £23-25k/annum dependent on experience. Role is office-based in Norwich (small amount of hybrid work is available) Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.
