As a Junior Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and engage in hands-on projects that encompass various aspects of manufacturing engineering.From undertaking and developing pro-active tasks, maintaining equipment to new project installations support you will gain invaluable insights and hone your skills under expert guidance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in identifying and capturing opportunities for improvement contributing to the development and maintenance of our machinery
  • Learn and apply plant and equipment diagnostics repairs into real-world scenarios, enhancing your problem-solving abilities
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, sharing your ideas, and learning from experienced team members
  • Perform routine checks and inspections, developing an eye for detail and quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of your work, adhering to safety protocols and standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or NVQ in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Passion for engineering and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of Key Engineering Skills
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
