We are looking for an experience IT Support candidate with a knowledge and interest in Web Development for a short temporary assignment in Norwich. The role will likely be for 3 months, to cover business as usual activities during a digital project roll out. Skills required:CSS, HTML, JavaScript including Web DesignWindows 7 and above, Windows Server, NAS, Sage Office and MACOSProblem solving and lateral thinkingInterpersonal skills for colleague and client engagement Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlinesDaily you will be responsible for:IT backups and recovery strategies and implementations.Implement and maintain all IT technology and telephony systems within the Company.To update, maintain and develop the Company website. Manage and maintain dedicated web server. Ensuring ongoing security recommendations are applied. Including IIS and SSL managementTo maintain and support social media communication for the Company.To broker solutions for internal and external IT challenges (problem solving).To provide 1:1 support within the office and remotely to staff as required.To ensure that all IT event equipment is fully operational and up to date by undertaking all necessary quality Undertake brief with client, design and produce electronic marketing campaigns and e-shots.Provide custom Javascript solutions for client work environments, sometimes at short notice.Bespoke website solutions for clients to create online learning solutions.Keep up to date with the changing world of technology to provide technological solutions and ideas In return you will be given lots of flexibility, and a fantastic working environment where everyone is valued.
