They supply their high-quality Software Solutionsto a range of exciting SMEs as well as bigger blue-chip and multi-national giants in the Retail Industry.In this role, the IT Support Analyst will be providing 1st line IT support, logging tickets and providing excellent customer support and service. You will be working on troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues and escalating them where necessary.This role would suit someone who is looking for an IT role, where you will be working for a well-established company at the forefront of the sector, in a role where you will be provided with internal training and the opportunity to really progress your ITknowledge and skillset.The Role:

  • Providing 1st line IT telephone support to clients
  • Providing customer support and services to customers
  • IT troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Escalating tickets to the relevant department
