Lead a team of IT Technical staff to provide first class support to the user base. Ensure the delivery of IT services to users at all our 40 UK locations (and growing)Management and maintenance of antivirus and security systemsProactive monitoring of Network, Server and Storage systems Managing software and hardware installations and upgrades.Develop and own disaster recovery strategy planning and testingDesirable Skills Experience in an IT environment Knowledge of MS SQLUse of ERP / WMS (desirable) A positive approach to Problem Solving.
