Job Description

Rthirteen are currently assisting an established wealth management firm in their search for an Investment Managers Assistant. The focus of your role will be to provide support to Investment Managers, enabling them to effectively manage client portfolios.Not only will you be joining a well-respected business where you can benefit from a wealth of industry knowledge, but you will also be offered opportunities for training and career progression.Duties to include:

  • Supporting Investment Managers with the administration of client portfolios.
  • Handling incoming client queries.
  • Ensuring client records are maintained and updated.
  • Liaising internally with other departments in relation to client portfolios.
  • Carrying out investment research to support the business.
  • Actively working toward recognised industry qualifications.
You will have/be:
  • Relevant university degree or proven financial services experience.
  • A keen interest in financial markets & developing a career in this area.
  • Willingness to undertake training and study industry qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional focus and attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Highly IT literate with an ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexible attitude to work in response to changing workloads and deadlines within the team.
  • Proactive individual who is naturally efficient, organised, can manage time well and competent at working to deadlines.
  • Reliable and enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of integrity.
  • A team player who is prepared to put in additional hours, if necessary, to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent role working from offices in central Norwich. The offered salary for this role is highly competitive plus a discretionary bonus.
