To understand your clients, their needs and how we can best partner with them to ensure the relationship continues. Ultimately increasing the share of the basketprice and creating a one stop shop environment.You will also: Manage existing clients, 300 clients ordered from us last month. Most of them are manufacturers - food, Beverage, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals etc. Attempt to cross sell and upsell on each interaction, without being pushy. Maintain our CRM system with key information, buying habits, key products, orders etc. Get to know key decision makers - Engineers, buyers and some business owners. Become an expert in your product range, (electronic components) which parts complement each other, and are regularly purchased togetherIdeally you will want to work towards getting out and meeting your/our customers, cementing that understanding and relationship further, but that will be up to you.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive / Telesales - electronic componentsYoull have a commercial mindset and the ability to forge lasting client relationships, we want you to get to know the client and be inquisitive about their business.Youll have a proven track record in managing existing relationships. Youll be able to demonstrate how you have grown accounts. Ideally you will have worked with some technically biased products, but we will teach you all about ours. Most importantly you will have experience in selling business to business, ideally to manufacturer, any experience of previously working for a distributor is an advantage.We are looking to grow and have ambitious plans, if developing your career and pushing yourself further is your goal, we want to work together.THE COMPANY:Established for nearly 40 years, we distribute a wide range of electronic components used in automation.
