I am seeking an experienced recruiter to join my client, a busy manufacturing business, based just a short journey North of the City.You will be an integral part of the business in that you have a hand in how it moves forward through the new talent you identify and bring in.You will have the autonomy for recruitment campaigns, compile engaging adverts, proactively headhunt professionals, utilise all channels of social media and ensure the business becomes synonymous with excellent opportunities.Primarily you will you be recruiting, but also oversee onboarding of new starters and the development of employee engagement and retention strategies. In essence, your main duties are attraction, targeted headhunting, hiring, onboarding and retention.It will come as no surprise that to be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you will need to have experience in a similar role; talent acquisition, in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant or HR with a focus on recruitment.It would also be ideal if you have some technical based experience, such as recruiting for technical skilled and engineering roles, as some of the roles within this business are certainly complex and technically biased.You will also be proactive, forward thinking, inquisitive and hugely positive in your approach.A very competitive package is offered for the right candidate.
