Job Description

We want our customers to feel confident about every purchase they make with us.We treat all our customers with the care and attention that is expected from the UKs biggest photo retailer.This important role is in the B2B team based in our Norwich office, looking after our corporate customers.What youll be doingUsing your passion and knowledge of photography together with your strong communication and organisation skills to provide corporate customers with accurate advice and quotes.To take ownership of the full corporate customer experience working with internal departments and suppliers to obtain prices and delivery information.Responding to customer emails and calls aiming to resolve any issues.Whilst in the role you will be able to constantly keep up to date with the latest technology, learn about and trial new technology.Objectives

  • To ensure customers receive a warm and professional response to email and phone enquiries.
  • To aim for orders to be fulfilled without delay working with other departments to identify any possible issues early and to keep customers updated.
  • To keep the database and B2B team records up to date for your customers quotes and orders.
  • To provide a brief report of your quotes raised at weekly team briefings. Highlighting any opportunities or issues.
  • Information gathering and fact finding in relation to your accounts to help to keep them up to date and their orders on track.
  • Using Corporate guides and procedures to ensure orders are placed correctly.
  • Preparation of quotes and tenders working to obtain pricing from internal and external contacts.
  • Managing backorders and ensuring stock is released to customers as soon as available.
  • Be proactive to our customers, informing of new products and sales promotions.
  • Working as a team towards achieving our targets.
Key RelationshipsYoull be working as part of a team of approximately 6 reporting to the B2B Internal Manager and Internal Team Manager.This role will have heaps of contact with internal departments and external suppliers, plenty of opportunity for building great working relationships.Key Requirements / What youll need
  • An interest in, and knowledge of, photography / videography.
  • To be confident and professional when communicating.
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and the flexibility to switch between tasks.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • An eye for detail and systems for checking your work.
  • Previous experience working with photographic kit, or in customer service or account management would be a bonus.
Working hoursThis is a 40 hour full time Monday to Friday role with hours worked between 8am and 6pm. Some early and some late shifts.What well do for you
  • Salary £19,136 per annum for full time 40 hours per week.
  • B2B bonus scheme additional 20% of salary if team targets achieved. OTE £22,963
