Infrastructure ManagerNorwichCirca £52,000I am recruitingfor an Infrastructure Manager to be based with one of my high calibre clients based in Norwich. The organisation is an IT provider who are known for delivering the best technology solutions to their ever growing client list.Yourcore responsibilities will be for ensuring they continually achieve or improve their documented SLAs for their Data Centre services, as well as managing a small team of engineers.To ensure a smooth operation at all times, you will continually plan the ongoing development of their services and the infrastructure which supports these. You will develop an agreed road map and a financial forecast, while working to achieve set company anddepartmental KPIs.Included within the Data Centre are a variety of facilities which need to be fully maintained by external parties, which includes power systems, cooling systems, as well as fire and security systems. Along with the Data Centre services, you will also be responsiblefor the wider IT of the business, such as their desktop services, wall boards and remote working systems.With regards to team management you will be an inspirational leader to your team, coaching to improve team members performance and creating an environment for personal development.Due to the nature of this role, some out of hours and weekend work will be required for all members of the infrastructure team.Responsibilities Along with your team, the role will include, but not be limited to, the following range of activities:
