The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager/Business Partnerwith a proven track record of working in a fast pace environment with the responsibility of multiple sites. Experience and confidence in dealing with complex Employment Relations issues is essential. Further, an excellent knowledge of employment law andbest practice is also essential, as is a logical approach to their work.The successful candidate will report to Group HR Director and will work with the HR shared services team and Regional Management to achieve the business objectives and smooth HR operation of the sites. You will provide expert advice, guidance and operationalsupport to MDs and senior management that is tailored to their business needs.Benefits
