HR AdvisorLocation: Norwich, NorfolkSalary: £31,187 per annumContract Type: Permanent / Full TimeBreak delivers a wide range of outstanding services providing exceptional outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families, and is looking to develop and diversify those services to increase our support and geographical spread while alwaysstriving for constant improvement.Break is changing young lives across East Anglia by supporting children, young people and families in four key areas as we continue to grow and diversify to meet changing needs: Young people in care and who are moving on Children and young people with disabilities Families in need of support Children at riskWe are seeking a suitably experienced, highly motivated HR Advisor with a CIPD qualification to co-ordinate the day to day delivery of an all-encompassing HR service to our 430 employees across our interesting and complex organisation. As a HR Advisor youwill support the HR Team in delivering projects and provide effective assistance to managers. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Head of HR in the delivery of an ambitious HR strategy.This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and vibrant organisation with services located in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and make a positive impact on young lives as a member of our senior management team.Break operate services for vulnerable children and families and we need to ensure that we take steps to protect both them and our staff teams from the transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
