Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experienceApollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to support a gentleman with complex care needs, at his home in Sprowston, Norwich.We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.Our service user lives with his family and they have a great relationship with his care team.He likes to watch TV, films, enjoys outings with his family and is a dedicated supporter of the football team Arsenal.We require applicants who are patient and understanding and this gentleman is unable to communicate verbally and often communicates via speak system on his iPad or through signs and gestures.This is a wonderful opportunity to really make an impact on our service user’s life.Essential Experience Required• 6 months previous care experience• Medication Administration• Personal Care• Moving and HandlingDesirable Experience• Spinal Injury Knowledge• Nebuliser Care• Oral Suctioning• Tracheostomy Management• Gastrostomy Care• Autonomic Dysreflexia KnowledgeWe have the following shifts available;• Part Time Days - 7am - 7pm• Part Time Nights - 7pm - 7amThis is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and really making an impact on his day to day life.
