It can be tough, but youll join an experienced team of NHS 111 Health Advisors in our care coordination centre to help and support you.As a vital voice, youll be dealing with very difficult situations. When our patients dial 111, youll be the voice at the end of the line. This role is based permanently in our Care-Coordination Centre in Norwich. A blend of home and office workingmay be available after 6 months, subject to requirements. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondarycare services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.Location Norwich Care-Coordination Centre, Broadland Business Park, NorfolkHours Available We have full and part time opportunities ranging from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week, covering a 24/7 operation. We also have weekend only rotas available.Please be aware since we are predominantly an out of hours service most of our shifts involve weekend and evening work and shift patterns can vary.All colleagues will be required to work some hours on a Saturday and Sunday. You will also be required to work bank and Public holidays.Additional hours may also be available in times of peak demand.TrainingApplicants must be available to start training on either the 23rd of February or the 9th of March 2023.The first three weeks of all courses are full time. Once you have completed the first three weeks of training, you will move into the Contact Centre for a period of 37.5 hours supported practice (spread across weeks four and five).The February induction evening is the 23rd of February 1800-2300 with the course running Saturday and Sunday 0900-1700 and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1800-2330.The March induction evening is on the 9th of March 1800-2300 with the course running Saturday and Sunday 0900-1700 and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1800-2330Whats in it for you
