Upholding equality at MAP is not only about eliminating discrimination; it is about actively recognising and valuingdifference; making the most of everyone’s potential.About the RoleMAP have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with proven experience of management and knowledge of delivering services to young people to be our strategic lead for our Youth Work Services and join our Senior Management Team.You will oversee a highly motivated team of approx. 30 staff who provide opportunities to young people, those we are already working with and those we are still to reach, to support the young people to be leaders, take on responsibilities and inspire otheryoung people through a range of programmes and projects.This will include the leadership and management of:

• A highly motivated team.
• MAP’s external communication and campaigns.
• Performance, projects and budgets ensuring service delivery is effective, safe and on budget with successful outcomes for young people being the key driver.
• Research and develop new and existing services and resources for the team.
• Safeguarding and risk management, ensuring processes and procedures are in place for the young people.
• Maintaining operational systems, policies and procedures, in compliance with legislation, regulations and quality standards.
• Maintaining and promoting a positive, reflective and value-based culture.
