Job Description

R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing, award-winning professional services firm to in their search for a Head of HR to join their Norwich based team.   • Overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s HR function.
  • Managing student services, including trainees, apprenticeships and work experience placements.
  • Organising staff support, including but not limited to, sickness and holiday reporting, internal incentive and benefits management, staff performance reviews.
  • Overseeing company compliance, including staff training, internal diversity policies, maintaining company records and insurance/certificates.
  • Maintaining employee records, payroll, onboarding and resignations.
You will have/be
  • Significant experience in a Head of HR role, and overseeing all aspects of a busy HR department.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including HR platforms and Microsoft Office.
