Job Description

Reference: TS/AM/30-09/627Job Title: HandymanWorking Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:30 - 17:30 - 40 hours per week Location: Norwich, NorfolkWould you be interested to join a leading facilities managementcompany with a reputation for excellence Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Handyman to join our passionate and driven team in Norwich, Norfolk!Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract defined time SLAs & KPIs.
  • To provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
  • Assisting in porterage duties across site
  • To support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
About You:
  • Experienced skills in general maintenance or caretaking experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferential
  • Legionella Awareness advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
  • Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification
