GRP Laminator/Supervisor A specialist manufacturer based to the south of Norwich require a Laminator/fitter to join their busy and growing team. The company produce a range of bespoke and standard products and have a new opportunity for an experienced Laminator with supervisory experience to lead their growing teamThe role will provide a good opportunity to develop within a progressive environment and build a long-term career with the company.The key duties will include:· Supervising a team of 7· planning work schedules · Laminating - Making fibreglass parts from pre-existing moulds.· Laminating van interiors to create a water tight space.· Fitting and replacing parts on brand new vans· Assisting in other production areas when required· Use of a wide range of hand, electrical and pneumatic power toolsThe successful candidate will have:· Previous experience with GRP laminating and in a wood or metal assembly environment is essential· Previous experience managing a small team within a workshop environment· Good hand tool skills· Excellent attention to detail· Ability to work within in a close-knit team and autonomously where required · A flexible approach to help different parts of the company as requiredThis is a Mon- Fri position with working hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm and a competitive hourly rate dependent upon experience.
