Their purpose is to provide a warm and professional welcome, as well as excellent customer service throughout the clients stay.Whilst focussing on the client journey, and the look and feel of our offices, the team are also tasked with providing accurate professional support to our client facing teams.What will I be doingAs a Front of House / Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our Norwich office.
  • Undertaking concierge tasks for client meetings (before, during and after).
  • Completing routine health and safety checks and undertaking the necessary reporting.
  • Maintaining our CRM system.
  • Supporting our client facing teams with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with event planning and co-ordination.
  • Working on ad hoc projects as required.
What experience do I needWhilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:
  • Previous experience in a front of house / reception role, ideally within a professional services environment (minimum criteria).
  • Proven administration experience (minimum criteria).
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge, in particular MS packages.
  • Ability to think ahead, plan effectively and prioritise.
  • Confident, articulate and an effective communicator.
  • Well-presented with a professional demeanour.
