Job Description

We are pleased to be asked to support this client in the search for a new FP&A Manager. The role will see you play a key part in a growing finance team at an exciting time of their growth journey.Main duties of this FP&A Manager role include:

  • Manage and drive the companies budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Become a key player in the cashflow forecasting for the business
  • Maintain financial models to monitor financial performance
  • Help the business migrate from a mainly excel based solution to a system led cutting edge forecasting solution
  • Monthly Board and Business unit reports
  • Improve annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain a strategic forecast model for the business
  • Business partner a range of operational and finance staff and have responsibility for leading a team of 2.

This role will be initially office based for 6 months during probationary period, post this time a hybrid working pattern will be set up to offer increased flexibility to split the working week from home and office.
