Experienced Flexographic PrinterFulltime - Permanent roleSalary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour (Based on experience)3 shifts rotation pattern6am-2pm Early2pm-10pm Late10pm-6am NightPay rate depends on level of experience.Print Apprenticeship possible for the right candidate.To work closely with all colleagues, to oversee profitable production of printed film - meet precise customer specifications and maximise efficiency.To ensure the highest standards of quality and cleanliness while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to at all times.Main purpose/responsibilities of the job role:Take responsibility for all aspects of running the press allocated, working positively with all members of staff within the factory to achieve excellent daily performance, involving:Clear and precise communication on a daily basis with your immediate colleagues and print managerBe flexible regarding running of different presses when requestedMaintaining maximum optimum running speedsMinimising make ready timesMinimising wastePassing and signing off jobs on the pressMinimising down timePrioritising tasksOrganising cover on breaksSupervising machines at stop times, allowing for wash up at end of the shiftWorking a triple rotating each weekReporting maintenance issues using the Company reporting procedureCarrying out positive and effective shift hand overCompleting all paper work as requiredBe observant concerning quality standards, including presentation of finished productEnsure BRC Code of Practice is applied throughout the roomComputer literateCommunicating major accident or incident to management as and when requiredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour (Based on experience)Benefits:Company pensionLife insuranceOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeOwn transport (Desirable) - Client based to the North of Norwich City Centre.Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist engineering recruitment company based in Norwich
