Job Description

R13 Recruitment are assisting a successful insurance broker in their search for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team based in Norwich city centre. You will be working closely with senior management, providing a high level of financial planning services to a wide array of clients.Based in Norwich City Centre, this is a fulltime, permanent role working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, and is offering a competitive salary, depending on experience.The companyWith over 40 years of experience, this leading insurance company is highly commended for their expertise within their sector & dedication to their customers.   • Working closely with Senior Management, to ensure clients are receiving a high standard of service and their financial management needs are met.
  • Providing administrative support on client accounts, ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional client support.
  • Completing ad-hoc duties as necessary.
You will have/be
  • Previous IFA experience, and knowledge of financial planning.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Adaptable, and a can-do attitude.
