Job Description

Finance Officer - Norwich - 6 months - Up to £31K per annum FTEWe are currently recruiting for a Finance Officer to work for a major public body based in Norwich on a 6 month contract. This role would be suited to candidates that have experience of working within NHS finance departments.   • The postholder is responsible for the management of the bodys overpayments and underpayments in line with the bodys policies.
  • Assist with the oversight of Charitable Funds accounting records & the production of regular & accurate financial information for these areas.
  • To assist with the compliance with Standing Financial Instructions, regulatory and professional requirements of government departments and the Treasury.
  • To ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions and completion of control checks to enable the body to provide both management and statutory information.
  • To assist with the successful and timely completion of the annual financial statements.
