Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a fantastic local charity based in Norwich for a Part-Time Finance Manager. Working as part of a small team the Finance Manager will play a pivotal part in the company.This is a part time permanent position working 21 hours over 3 days a week.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day bookkeeping using Xero, including transaction processing and reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly finance reports
  • Develop and maintain cashflow forecast
  • Process all income and expenditure sources
  • Preparation of annual accounts for independent review/ audits
  • Manage all contracts that is held with the charity
  • Process expense claims and expenditure requests
Key Skills:
  • Current or previous finance management experience
  • Accountancy qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skills and experience of producing monthly management accounts
  • Experience using accountancy systems such as Xero
