Finance AssistantFull time - flexible hours, office based£26,000 Permanent positionOur client, based in Badersfield NR10, are forward thinking and friendly company looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team who will report directly to the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Finance Assistant with Xero experience and AAT qualified. You will be a proactive and engaging team member who is able to collaborate cross-functionally and quickly build rapport and trust. You will be part of a smalland ambitious team.Candidate will need to be able to travel to the 2nd branch in Hethel once a week. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Processing Invoices Purchase orders Bank reconciliation Answering queries Credit control Perform month and quarter close procedures Audit support General bookkeeping To be considered for this position you will be a self-starter with experience in finance and credit control, including invoicing, P&L and software such as Xero. Solid written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and criticalthinking and problem-solving skills.
