Job Description

My client, a Norwich based company, are seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.Your duties will include:

  • All banking reconciliation, including company credit cards.
  • Managing and administering the company pension scheme, uploading all pension data to the pension administrators on a monthly basis.
  • Administering supplier payments and the processing of invoices.
  • Compiling, completing and submitting the Companys VAT return.
  • Credit control - chasing customer payments and reconciling payments received.
  • Manage and process the company payroll using SAGE 50 - verifying timesheets/overtime payments, NIC and PAYE.
  • Manage and process the Company travel and expense system.
  • Contributing to the general running of a busy office and responding to the needs of the business by covering all areas of administration including some reception duties, email traffic etc.
