Job Description

Field Performance ManagerLocation: Norfolk and Cambridge. Water is essential to life, to people and to the environment - develop your career withus and help us in securing the future water supply for our region.What will you be doingThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor looking for their next opportunity to develop their managerial & leadership experience within the utilities/construction industry.As Field Performance Manager (FPM) you will work closely with Operational Managers, Highways Authorities, Development Services (DS) and Scheduling Team to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day framework operations across several programmes/schemesin the Southern Anglian region.You will manage your Metering teams appropriately, enabling them to run an efficient and effective operational area within the Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) framework; one of three frameworks within Clancy and Anglian Waters integrated alliance.In Metering we provide new meter installs, replacement meters, Meter maintenance, leakage detection, water saving products and support services to DS.What do you needThe work for our Field Performance Managers is varied and challenging, and a past history in the water industry is required, as well as an understanding of street works and most, if not all the following criteria:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to confidently manage stakeholder engagement/customer service
  • A demonstrable working knowledge of the Streetworks & Traffic Management acts
  • NRSWA Supervisor qualification is highly desirable
  • Computer literate across a range of MS applications
  • Full & valid Drivers License is essential
