Job Description

Opportunity to joina commercial building teamwho manufacture and supply quality replacement UPVC windows anddoors to the public sector. The role of an Estimator within the contracts teamwill include the following:

  • Providing detailed costingsfor both tender andquotations for PVCu windows, doorsand associated products
  • Negotiating with sub contractors and suppliers for the best price
  • Dealing with clients, main contractors and material suppliers
You will need;
  • Knowledge of the PVCU windows industry or building materials background
  • Previous estimating or sales support within a builders merchant experience or commercial construction contractor
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly organised, logical with a practical approach and able to prioritise
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships
  • Approachable, good listener
  • Act with integrity, honesty and discretion.
