You’ll love taking on projects and relish having the freedom to make them your own.This is the kind of role that will genuinely get you out of bed in the morning with a smile - working in an organisation that truly believes in employee engagement.WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED We are looking for someone with 2 years min experience in the following areas:Copywriting - you will be great at finding and creating stories from amongst our amazing employees. You’ll be a dynamic wordsmith with a knack for simplifying often technical jargon into everyday language.Marketing / Creativity - you’ll have an eye for great design and be able to put together engaging marketing campaigns and visuals for posters, websites, PowerPoint presentations and digital signage.Events/Projects - There’s always several big projects going on, like our annual glitzy Archant Awards, conferences, webinars, staff surveys or internal campaigns. You’ll make the amazing happen from beginning to end, creating the look, feel and treatment, writing messages and collateral, putting in place a robust rollout schedule and fulfilling each step. InternalCommunication / Social magnet - You’ll be a prevalent user of Hive’ - our staff social media platform. As one of a small number of Hive admins, you’ll manage the system and actively seek out answers to staff questions as they come in. Being nosy and getting to know every bit of Archant is essential!OK, SO WHAT’S THE PACKAGE
