Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs an Electrician working within our Planned Works team, you will carry out electrical works to new kitchen & bathroom installations to all internal and external clients within your area, primarily our domestic housing portfolio. Your main duties will include1st and 2nd fix installation work, consumer unit changes, electrical rewires, wiring upgrades, minor works repairs as required, & electrical testing after completion of works.Working in partnership with other colleagues you will be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out on time and within the Groups policies and procedures with regards to Health & Safety, housing management and maintenance.Please download the job description for further information.More about youThere is a highly technical and important role and therefore there is some criteria that you will need to be able to meet in order for us to progress your application further. You will need to demonstrate in your CV/application that you possess: a NVQ Level3 (or equivalent qualification) in ElectricalApprenticeship including AM2, City and Guilds 2382 incorporating 17th Edition of the Wiring regulations, City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 -2395 Testing & Inspection Certificate.
