Our client are a leading Housing Association based in Norwich and cover the Norfolk area. They have a great reputation and are seeking an electrician to join their personable and friendly maintenance team initially on temporary basis but this is likelyto lead to a full time position.The work will be across Norfolk. Company van provided, subject to license check.ASAP start required.Working hours are 08.30 – 16:30. Monday to Friday with 30 min unpaid lunch break.PAYE rate - £16.76 per hourCIS Rate - £20 per hourThe role: Domestic ElectricianWorking in void and responsive domestic properties, mainly in Norfolk on Electrical Upgrades, Voids, Electrical Testing and Repairs.Role requirements -In order to be considered for the role you must have proven experience as a fully qualified domestic electrician.Essentials required below:- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 OR City and Guilds 2357- including AM2- 18th edition of the wiring regulations- City & Guilds 2360 part 1 & 2- City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 & 3- Full driving license- DBS check will be carried out.Preferable but not essential:- Preferably have experience of working in social housing or tenanted properties.- 2391 test and inspect and PAT testerBenefits:Van & Fuel CardUniform providedIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining the team as an Electrician, please submit your CV consideration.Please apply with your up to date CV via the link.
