This role is to elevate our subscription proposition and is focused on transforming our subscriptions acquisition strategy across all our brands - newspapers, county magazines and specialist titles. Although this is a maternity cover you would be joining at the start of this transformational journey.You will lead and create a fresh, vibrant approach building a best in class onboarding experience for new subscribers, , tailoring messaging and creative where possible and development of payment gateways and store experiences.You will work closely with Piano’s consultancy service to map out the optimal acquisition journey creating targeted onsite journeys and customized experiences , including running multi-variant tests across the paywall, subscription bundles, check out experience, message and creative.You will work in a unified approach with the wider subscriber experience team to ensure that they formulate cohesive plans across both acquisition and retention.This is an agile working opportunity with frequent use of either our Norwich or Cheltenham office available. This is a maternity cover contract that starts asap.YOU WILL HAVE:
