Salary: Norwich - £32,115 - £41,916 / Haywards Heath - £33,713 - £44,115 / Islington - £36,026 - £46,445 per annumLocation: Hybrid/Norwich or Haywards Heath and IslingtonHours: 36 per weekContract Type: Norwich or Haywards Heath - Permanent and Islington - 12 Month Fixed Term ContractAre you passionate about enhancing peoples lives by supporting their digital skills and enabling them to get online and stay connectedWorking as part of a team, youll play a vital role in delivering our national digital support program. Your responsibilities will include managing contracted digital support projects, contributing to the digital grants program, and providing digital skillstraining and access to digital devices and connectivity. Collaborating with colleagues across Clarion Futures and the Group, youll help ensure that digitally excluded individuals and communities have the opportunity to improve their lives through digitalinclusion.To succeed in this role, your experience in a customer service environment, particularly with individuals facing multiple barriers to employment and online access, will be invaluable.
