Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager£40,000 Base + BenefitsNorwichMy client are an award winning digital agency in Norwich. Due to continuous growth, we require a talented, dedicated and creative Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for shaping future marketing strategies and developing the company brand across multiple channels.You must have at least 2 years working in and running marketing campaigns for an agency (preferably a digital agency) as Marketing Manager or Brand Manager.You will also have at least 3+ years of experience working agency-side as a digital marketing exec/manager with social and digital marketing.Objectives

  • Generate leads through marketing activities and comms
  • Raise our profile across key channels and sustains growth
  • Manage the brand identity of the Group and will take ownership of the brand across internal and external channels
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and activities which are measurable and drive success
  • Responsible for:
  • Creating, managing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns to generate new leads and enhancing audience engagement
  • Developing digital and offline content to specifically target those audiences
  • Hands-on, tenacious person who will find every opportunity to promote the company.
  • Manage and update websites, monitoring traffic, conversion rates and campaign activity
  • Amplify content and activity across the agency internally and externally
  • Content planning and scheduling, scaling up our output with your own content, freelancers and our team
  • Writing compelling, engaging copy and creative for social media - managing our output
  • Extensive experience with SEO, paid search and analytics - implementing your knowledge to boost
  • Experienced with on-brand content creation, blogs, case studies, news, knowledge hub, social media promotion, digital PR and award entries
  • Developing a strategic approach to expanding and growing our reach, plus developing targeted campaigns and monitoring analytics to improve performance and engagement
  • B2B marketing experience essential
  • Managing marketing campaigns via Hubspot CRM
  • ABM strategies for key target clients
  • Work with the Agency Growth team to identify and generate new business opportunities, coordinate campaigns and events with the Events Marketing Manager
  • Develop marketing collateral to fulfil the needs of potential, new and existing clients
  • Develop, implement and monitor a metric(s) to monitor marketing spend versus lead generation and sales revenue
  • Fantastic eye for design with experience with Adobe suite, Canva and other creative tools advantageous
  • Manage newsletters and coordinating guest blogs
  • Mac and Google Workspace experience beneficial
  • A marketer who is metric and OKR led
  • Proficient at using Adobe CC (Indesign & Photoshop). Canva experience also desirable
  • Understand how to create and edit video
