Asthe Performance Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing tech company and you willhave the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of their customers.Responsibilities:* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.* Manage and optimise paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI targets.* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the ever-changing digital landscape.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across various channels and platforms.* Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.* Utilise advanced analytics tools and reporting techniques to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously enhance the companys digital marketing strategies.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.* Manage budgets effectively and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, budget utilisation, and ROI.* Conduct direct line management responsibilities for team members within the marketing function, ensuring that the team are meeting agreed deliverables and that theres a positive working culture.About You:* Proven experience in performance digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or pharmaceutical industry, but industry type isnt mandatory.* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Suite including Ads, Data Studio and Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Brevo (or other email marketing software such as Mailchimp), Semrush.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results.* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.* A passion for the digital marketing field and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.About ReCultureWere a culture-driven recruitment business for high-growth businesses.
