They are looking for a skilled strategist who can help clients businesses grow with advanced PPCtechniques (and problem-solve when campaigns dont perform!)You will be responsible for managing the delivery of all marketing strategies, allocating tasks to members of the team and monitoring progressResponsibilitiesDeveloping and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media (Google Ads and Meta), organic social media, SEO and email marketing (Klaviyo and Mailchimp)Consulting with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and set realistic marketing objectivesProducing campaign forecasts using Google Ads keyword planner and Meta audiencesCreating proposals for prospective clients as needed by the sales teamDeveloping campaign strategy per channel in collaboration with specialists within the team to meet clients objectives and budgetsQuality control for creative marketing assets before theyre sent to clients for review (images, video, ad copy, email campaigns)Presenting strategies to clientsProactively managing clients budgets and reporting on ROIManaging the marketing team and helping individuals develop their skillsManaging the digital marketing teamProducing client reports (Google Data Studio and other apps)Customer website auditing and reports for conversion rate optimisationProject management of clients and internal tasks using project management softwareMaintaining client relationshipsEnsuring set targets are achieved for clients and internal marketing campaignsReporting to DirectorsAssisting with recruitment to support marketing related rolesEssential qualificationsPrevious experience in a digital marketing agency roleExperience managing multiple clients and workflowStrong knowledge and experience of managing paid media (Google Ads and Meta)Eexperience with SEO and email marketingAbility to analyse campaign performance and iterate/improve strategies for better ROI metrics and clients business growthExperience with Google AnalyticsExcellent at project managing and delivering on objectivesConfident and effective communicator, presenting strategies, data analysis and recommendations to clients, utilising strong communication and client management skillsDesirableExperience working in an ecommerce marketing roleMarketing qualificationsExperience with project management software like Asana, Monday, Zoho/ Microsoft PlannerExperience managing clients media budgets at £10,000+ per monthExperience managing paid Pinterest and TikTok campaignsPlease click APPLY.
