REED are supporting a growing and developing organisation and are recruiting for a Digital Change & Release Manager to join the team on a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract, to support with the transition to digital projects and offerings.You will be responsible for managing release schedules to ensure tight client deadlines are met, producers and informed and understand process and timescales, and the digital team have the required information to ensure products are released to the required security and compliance levels.Manage evolve and improve the release process for digital offeringsWork with head of IT and digital to ensure that all offereings and secure, compliant andrelevant for each project.Work with other departments throughout the business that are developing virtual offerings to ensure they understand best practice for change and release management and to help them design & implement a process to support this.Ensure that all digital releases meet with the client’s security requirements and deadlinesMaintain a good understanding of the company’s client service agreements to ensure adherence.Have a good knowledge of GDPR, PESC regulations and the ability to communicate these regulations clearly to other areas of the business.To clearly communicate with Event and Digital producers to ensure a smooth release process.Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectationsConduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and project Go/No-Go reviewsManage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and qualityNegotiate, plan and manage all release activitiesCreate and maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification listsResearch new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyse their application to current needsWe are looking for someone with experience in Digital Change & Release Management, a confident communicator, results-driven and forward thinking individual who will support this organisation through this time.
