2nd Line Support Engineer , Norwich Contract , 200 per Day outside ir35Desktop Support Engineer 2nd Line Support Engineer, Professional services.Working on joiners and leaver process and recovery of assetsAdvanced level Windows 10, (building/configuring, installing, setting up and administering computers in a network environment) Active Directory/Microsoft Exchange, Advanced level MS Office 2016 Intermediate SCCM experience for build process O365 stack includingemail archiving tools Hardware setup (laptops, desktops, MacBooks, iPads, tablets, iPhones, Androids) Strong MS Excel for Manipulating Data Intermediate level video conferencing and audio-conferencing systems (WebEx, MS Teams) Providing face to face supportas well as over the telephone and email Remotely, troubleshooting Windows PC hardware and software faults Administering network user rights and permissions, Supporting MS Office 2016 and Active Directory, Install, set up and administer Windows 10 computersin a network environment as well as providing network support and administration. Acting as the local intelligent hands in support of other support operations. Assistance with the establishment of audio and video conferences. Advanced technical knowledgeto support Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365 suite Demonstrable technical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft operating system environments (including Office 2016 and Windows 10) Good awarenessof the licencing requirements for hardware and software Familiarisation
