This will include supporting the Chief Executive Officer by contributing to and influencing all areas of the Trusts strategy, witha particular focus on the leadership of the Trusts school improvement strategy for all schools within the Trust.Our current Executive Director of Education will be retiring within the year and we are excited to be able to recruit a successor to start working with us in September 2024.Broad Horizons Education Trust is a medium sized, highly respected and thriving Multi Academy Trust in Norfolk. At present, we have 3 secondary schools, 2 specialist residential SEMH schools and 13 primary schools in our Trust.We appreciate the unique qualities of each school in our Trust and commit to supporting them with their own improvement journey.
