Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within an Analyst remit working for a truly dynamic company, in a completely brand-new position to the team. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, through keen number crunching and in-depth analysis. Dayto day, you will retrieve and analyse data, and present your findings to ensure continuous improvement is made within a marketing perspective.You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be creative, searching for solutions that help clients reach their goals. You will be hard-working and self-motivated, thriving in a team environment. You will be joining something uniqueand long-term.Duties to include:

  • Collecting and reviewing digital marketing data.
  • Monitoring and reviewing campaigns, analysing metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase performance.
  • Developing and overseeing digital campaigns to aid in continuous development.
  • Producing performance reports on dashboards, campaigns and websites, and creating data visuals for presentations.
  • Monitoring and studying trends in digital media and marketing.
  • Presenting and communication information to internal teams.
  • Continuously improving and remaining adaptive to market changes.
You will have/be:
  • A proven data analyst (marketing sector is advantageous but not essential).
  • An analytical mindset with strong presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialist analytical software, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (not essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude in all situations.
  • A track record of completing work to a high standard and hitting targets.
  • A desire to continually improve and expand your understanding of all areas of marketing.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Norwich offices, with the flexibility to work from home on Friday. Working 8:30 - 16:40 Monday to Friday, this opportunity includes multiple breaks throughout the working day with a strong presence on employeewellbeing.
