Technique Recruitment Solutions are looking to recruit a temporarycustomer service advisor covering a maternityperiod of 12-18 months, possibly longer, for our Norwich based manufacturing client.The salary for this role would be £26`000 per annum pro rato, the postholder would work a 40hr week Mon-Friday only, office based.The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for existing customers and is responsible for managing assigned key customers and responding to/escalating enquires from potential new customers, this role would involve building clientrapport quickly, building knowledge of customer requirements for re-order, and building client trust internally and externally.Working closely colleagues in sales, production and planning role the post holder will ensure customer expectations are managed and requirements met whilst ensuring the best possible level of service is provided. Main Internal ContactsContact Purpose FrequencyDespatch Department Liaising with them regarding delivery schedulesMarket Managers Liaising with them regarding queries on customer ordersPlannersCSR/Planners Liaising with regard to scheduling production of a customer order to meet deadlinesCell & Planning Manager / Production Manager Day to day customer service queries and authorisation of forms and approvalsMain external ContactsContact Purpose FrequencyCustomers Order processing, acknowledgements, new enquiries, lead times, deadlines and first point of contact for any other customer requirementsOrdering, queries & shipping capsForwarders Arranging collection from abroad, and delivery to customersLiaising with other companies in the group on weekly ordersExperience Experience previously in a customer focused environment Previous experience of having responsibility for Key Customers Knowledge and experience of customer data basesSkills & Attributes Communication, interpersonal Skills Good Telephone Manner Computer Literacy including Microsoft office (word, excel and outlook) as well as data bases Organisation and time management skills Problem solving Workload Prioritisation Ability to work under pressure The confidence to apply common sense and initiative to resolve customer issues Team Player Flexibility Attention to Detail Customer and Business awareness Hours of Work40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:0016:30 with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break.The salary for this role would be £26`000 per annum pro rato.The role is based in the Office and factory floor environment. Standard PPE is required, safety shoes, overcoat, hairnet, snood (If applicable) and hearing protection to be worn in required areas.
