Internal sales adviser - Norwich NR7 area - £20k + bonus + BenefitsYou will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships. Duties: Taking INBOUND CALLS from clients placing orders etc & making Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, advising of new services resolving queries etc Customer Service - Speaking to clients who are placing orders....booking in deliveries etc …building relationships with regulars....To include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role involving Telemarketing, up selling or proactive calls.Hours - 40hrs a week - 3 full time roles on contract until April 2021 & then likely to lead to permanentJoin this small friendly team!A basic salary of £20000 - £21000 depending on experience + EXCELLENT commission - paid quarterly + many benefits!
