Customer Service RepresentativeNorwich, NR1 3NGPermanent - £20,972 per annumFull-time (37 hours)Tate continue to work in partnership with the Phoenix Group, to identify individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Norwich.   • Responding to queries from our life and pensions customers and financial advisors, relating to their life and pension products. This could be via the telephone and via email.
  • Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations.
  • Customers often contact us during pivotal points in their lives, your role will be to take ownership of their request.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
