Job Description

Rthirteen are supporting a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to provide continuous customer service and support on orders and enquiries, while providing the best solutions and upholding business values. You willhandle inbound calls, prepare quotes and qualify leads.This is an amazing opportunity for the successful candidate to join an experienced and supportive customer service team.Duties to include:

  • Providing support on orders and enquiries and providing the best solutions.
  • Handling a high-volume of incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Designing and preparing quotes and processing orders.
  • Qualifying these leads and handling through to closure.
  • Upselling relevant products to increase sales.
  • Effectively managing your workload whilst maintaining correct CRM records.
  • Liaising with other internal teams to ensure an effective service and aid the development of the overall commercial strategy.
You will have/ be:
  • Previous experience working in a sales/customer service environment.
  • A passion & drive to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A natural problem solver with an enthusiastic and resilient approach.
  • A conscientious individual with a can do attitude.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of CRM systems.
  • A team player.
This is a full time, permanent position working 8:30 - 5:00 Mon to Thursday and 8:30 - 4:30 on Friday.
