Customer Service Adviser - Norwich NR7 - £22K - £23k + bonus (7k!) + great benefits!Customer Service - Call handling - Speaking to clients who are placing orders....booking in deliveries etc building relationships with regulars..To include all aspects of client account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently respondingto customer inquiries.You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships. Duties: Taking INBOUND CALLS from clients placing orders etc & making Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, advising of new services resolving queries etc.You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role!Monday to Friday - Hours - 40hrs a week, permanent Great company & benefits !
