We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join one of our clients based in Norwich.As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering calls from local residents and advising on certain issues, this may be around housing, parking, or local elections.You must deliver excellent communication with the residents providing them with the best possible outcome, this could be via telephone, e-mails or face to face.This will be in a fast-paced environment dealing with a number different tasks.You must be competent in IT, and use various software packages at once and be able to work in a flexible manner to be able to work the needs of the service.This is a temporary role, commencing on November 16th running through until 31st March 2021.Paying between £10.65 - £11.76 per hour dependant on experience.You must be available to interview via Microsoft Teams on Monday 2nd November or Tuesday 3rd November.Please apply accordingly if you are interested.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
