Job Description

Are you an expert in crafting compelling customer communications Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for detail If so, my client has the perfect opportunity for you.As Customer Communications Manager, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, and reporting into the Head of Communications, your primary role will be to drive the delivery of the overall customer communications plan, from regular activities to dynamic campaigns andpivotal projects. A strong focus on innovation will be vital, always aiming to elevate the customer experience through exceptional communications.Collaboration is key, as youll work closely with stakeholders across the Group. Your expertise will guide them in maximising customer touchpoints, offering insights into the best use of communication channels through data-backed strategies. With a deep understandingof our organisational objectives, values, and priorities, youll craft communications that resonate, using the brands tone and tailoring messages to different audiences.Your leadership will shape their multi-channel communication strategy, ensuring consistency in all of the customer interactions. Youll also challenge existing norms, recommending fresh and impactful approaches to customer communication. Moreover, your proactiveattitude will see you take part or lead projects that have a significant impact on their community.To truly excel, youll need a deep understanding of their business and the importance of effective communication. Your focus should always be on delivering an outstanding customer experience. A thorough knowledge of copywriting, an aptitude for engaging confidentlywith senior stakeholders, and a readiness to immerse yourself in activities like filming, events, and regional travel are just a few of the qualities my client is seeking.What they offer:
