Job Description

I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my amazing client for a Customer Care Advisor based in Norwich. If you have a positive and committed approach and experience within a Customer Service role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Our client is looking for 3 Customer Care Advisors to join their team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting customers mainly via phone, but also through email and live chat. This includes answering queries, resolving complaints, and assistingwith delays. You will also work closely with the warehouse team to solve delivery issues and ensure accurate stock management. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned by the team leader.Whats in it for you

We are looking for candidates with experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role, ideally within a call centre environment. Its important that you are comfortable using different methods of contact, such as phone calls and emails, and have strong computerliteracy skills. Experience in the furniture or homeware industry would be desirable. As a Customer Care Advisor, you should be empathetic and motivational, able to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing tasks. Your excellent listening skills andproblem-solving abilities will contribute to providing top-quality customer service. Being a team player and having strong communication skills are also essential.The working hours for this role will follow a 3-week rotating shift pattern as follows:- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm- Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm- Monday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with 1 day off during the weekIf you are available to start on the 20th of May 2024 and are excited about joining a dynamic and customer-focused team, then we would love to hear from you!
