Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join our lifesaving charity as we continue to implement our new CRM (MS Dynamics).CRM ManagerLocation: Norwich or Melbourn Office & Home Working, with frequent travel into Norwich OfficeHours: Full-timeContract: PermanentAnnual Salary: £30,692 - £39,015 per annum (depending on experience)You will own and lead the continued strategy, implementation and development of the new system. Working with other stakeholders in the charity and our third-party supplier, you will ensure operational processes and integrations are fit for purpose and compliant. Delivering up to the minute intelligence derived from the CRM, you will ensure all teams understand their audiences and trends enabling them to create effective supporter journeys and deliver an excellent supporter experience.A high level of competence across the Microsoft portfolio and experience in the use of import/export tools (eg Scribe) and project managing the implementation of CRM systems are essential.The CRM is the heart of all our fundraising, financial and engagement activity and is used by all charity staff who are not directly operational; its efficient and accurate functionality is essential to the economic success of the charity so this role is vital to ensure we get this right.Closing Date: Friday 07 May 2021 (9am) Interview Date: Monday 17 May 2021If you would like find out more about this position and to complete the online application process, please click the apply button to be directed to our website.
